most of the information on the quality of the taxi service given to the regul ater was given by taxi companies not by the drivers who do the real graft its the companies who are making the money the more drivers they have the more freight moneys they make so why the hell would they want to put a stop to the gravy train now they are doing deals and discounts on fares for their costomers all at drivers expense as usual the driver loses out he still pays the friegh money put work back on the streets bycot the companies support your local taxi rank put the money back on the streetst
you know drivers, too stupid to do sensible thing
