Lets face it some people are refuseing to get into black drivers cars, but in almost 99% of cases its not because the driver is black, its because the drivers dont have a fucking clue where there going. The Garda Psv section are giving licences out to people who dont even know where the only lap dancing club in the city is. He got in a cab and was going a klm up the road and the driver brought him around the city first , I presume following directions from his sat-nav. Now there are arguements daily on the rank with white drivers jumping black drivers in front of them because the customer, who has in deed the right to chose the car they use, does't want to get there taxi. The Garda in there lazy effort to test taxi drivers are causing racial tensions on the ranks.
