Take a look at this picture and tell me whats wrong with it. Contrary to the regulators claims that taxi drivers are just not trying hard enough. Here you can see taxis blocking main roads as they try to get on a taxi rank in Waterford City. This was taking on Wednesday 2/10/2008 at 1am. The question must be asked , is the regulator opinions based on her experience of Dublin? because the rest of us in Ireland don't have a population of 1.5 million and were struggling. When is somebody going to bring sense to this madness?
